Lead Full Stack Developer - Remote (Global, Preferred LATAM)
Ready for a global role with real impact? Our client, a fast-growing Health Tech innovator with over $70 M in funding, is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer. This fully remote role is open to candidates worldwide, with a strong preference for those based in Latin America due to time zone alignment. Design, develop, and optimize full-stack web applications
Build scalable backend services and APIs
Develop intuitive, responsive frontend interfaces
Integrate and manage data pipelines for clinical and operational data
Take part in code reviews, planning, and technical strategy
Expert-level proficiency in either Python (Django/Flask) or Ruby on Rails
Basic familiarity with the other language (Ruby or Python), even through personal projects
Solid experience with Java Script frameworks (React, Angular)
Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
SQL knowledge and database design skills
Understanding of web development fundamentals ( RESTful APIs, security)
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
Fully remote position available globally, strong LATAM preference
