About us
We are Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.
We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution
The Role
We are looking for a mid-level Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools used across the business. You will own features end-to-end — from database and API through to responsive front-end — working closely with product owners, finance, accountants, and other engineers in a fully remote, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end layers.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Model, query, and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and data teams to translate requirements into working software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the performance and reliability of existing applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure alongside the team.
• Stay current with modern frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a full stack or software developer.
• Front-end: strong JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with a modern framework (React, Vue); solid HTML5 and CSS.
• Back-end: proficiency in at least one server-side language/framework (Node.js, Python, or .NET).
• Databases: hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version-control workflows.
• Understanding of testing, debugging, and application security fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to data pipelines, integrations, or working with data/analytics teams.
• Experience in an agency, marketing, or fast-paced multi-client environment.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design-system implementation.
What We Offer
• Fully remote working with 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. working hours.
• Exposure to high-profile global brands and varied, meaningful projects.

- Access to Wellhub, a wellness platform offering a wide range of fitness and wellbeing options.
- Flexible retribution plan for meals, transport and childcare.
- Holidays: 22 working days a year + 3 days established by the collective agreement + national and local public holidays.
- Bright, spacious offices in the heart of Barcelona, with unlimited premium coffee.
- Competitive pay & room to grow.
