Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications aligned to modern engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
- Build scalable frontend applications using ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Build backend APIs and microservices using Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Own delivery end to end from design through production support.
- Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of Full Stack experience.
- Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Backend expertise in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Strong AWS experience.
- Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD.
- Jest, Cypress, Datadog, CloudWatch.
- Strong system design, networking, and security fundamentals.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience mentoring teams and driving technical leadership.

- Kafka, EventBridge, SQS
- Databricks, Airflow, Temporal
- Elasticsearch
- Enterprise UI component libraries
- Bazel
- Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation
- SaaS, Marketplace, PropTech experience
