The ideal candidate will have experience in Python backend development, React/TypeScript, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), REST APIs, cloud-native development, AI model integration, and modern software engineering practices, with a passion for building scalable AI solutions for enterprise environments.

Job Description Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to build enterprise-scale Agentic AI applications in a compliance-first environment. The Senior Full Stack Developer will work closely with platform, product, and data engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable, and observable AI-powered solutions using modern LLM technologies.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for developing end-to-end AI features, from backend services and intelligent workflows to interactive frontend applications. This role requires extensive experience with Python, React, FastAPI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LangGraph, and enterprise software development.

The Senior Full Stack Developer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate AI models, improve application performance, integrate enterprise systems, and establish engineering best practices. The ideal Senior Full Stack Developer enjoys solving complex technical challenges while delivering production-ready AI applications.

Responsibilities AI Application Development

• Build end-to-end agentic AI features from backend services to frontend interfaces.
• Design intelligent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop multi-step reasoning workflows with memory, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including chunking, embedding, retrieval, reranking, and evaluation.
• Integrate multiple LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models.

Backend Development

• Develop scalable Python backend services using FastAPI.
• Design REST APIs and streaming APIs using SSE/WebSocket.
• Build background job orchestration for long-running AI processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications with AI capabilities.
• Package and deploy production-ready Python services.

Frontend Development

• Build React and TypeScript applications for AI-powered workflows.
• Develop chat interfaces and document workflows.
• Implement dashboards and interactive forms.
• Consume streaming APIs efficiently.
• Manage application state using modern React patterns.

AI Evaluation & Observability

• Build evaluation frameworks for AI models.
• Monitor model performance and token usage.
• Implement prompt and response logging with PII protection.
• Create regression and evaluation test suites.
• Improve AI quality through continuous monitoring.

Collaboration & Engineering Excellence

• Collaborate with product, platform, and data engineering teams.
• Participate in architecture discussions.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Perform code reviews.
• Maintain engineering standards and CI/CD best practices.

Required Qualifications Experience

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 8 10 years of experience in Python development and AI engineering.
