Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in Python and related frameworks (Django preferred, Flask, etc.)
- Experience in Frontend development using modern frameworks (Angular preferred, React, Vue)
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less)
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (or object storage solutions)
- Experience with Git (or Mercurial) version control
- Understanding of serverless architectures and even-driven programming
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with mobile app development (PWA, iOS, or Android)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points
- Experience with Cloud Platforms and respective SDKs (e.g., Google Cloud preferred, AWS, Azure)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, pytest)
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Build responsive, and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and other web services
- Write E2E, integration and unit tests
- Implement user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
- Write clean, efficient, and well documented code
- Work with SQL and NoSQL to design and manage data models
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and other developers
- Stay up to date with latest technologies and trends in web development
