Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React)
The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and delivering scalable full stack applications using Node.js, React, and/or Next.js
- Building cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS
- Leading by example, producing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code
- Promoting engineering best practices, including TDD, BDD, and Extreme Programming (XP)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges
- Providing technical leadership while mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level developers
- Leading code reviews, contributing to architecture discussions, and driving continuous improvement
- Helping shape technical strategy and engineering standards across projects
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven commercial experience building modern web applications with Node.js and React
- Experience with Next.js is advantageous
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
- A passion for clean code, software craftsmanship, and quality engineering
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience mentoring developers and helping teams grow
- A collaborative approach with a willingness to share knowledge and learn from others
- A proactive mindset with a genuine commitment to continuous professional development
