- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Laravel and React
- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of web development best practices and design patterns
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and mentor other developers
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git
