Mission & Purpose As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in building and evolving TLA's cloud-native platform that supports high-value transaction workflows.
Your primary focus will be the development of backend, frontend, and platform components, contributing directly to the reliability, scalability, and evolution of the system.You will collaborate closely with other engineers and external partners as part of a hybrid development model.Over time, this role can evolve toward increased ownership of platform components and technical domains, based on performance and business needsDevelop and maintain backend and platform components in a cloud-native environmentContribute to frontend development and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth end-to-end functionality across user-facing workflowsContribute to the implementation and operation of AWS serverless infrastructure using Infrastructure as CodeSupport backend services and workflows across APIs, event-driven processes, and data layersCollaborate on the operation of authentication, storage, and system-level configurationsParticipate in the evolution of CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deploymentSupport continuous improvement of development practices, reliability, and system performanceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience~Hands-on experience with backend development (e.G., Node.Js / TypeScript or similar)~ Experience working with cloud platforms in real-world environmentsCloud platforms (preferably AWS), including serverless and managed servicesFrontend development capabilities (e.G., React or similar) for building and maintaining user-facing componentsTerraform or similar)Backend development (Node.Js / TypeScript or equivalent)English – ProfessionalSpanish – nativeStronger frontend experience (e.G., React) for building user-facing features and improving UX flowsExposure to data architectures (data warehouse, data lake concepts)
