We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the Irish Government sector. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing enhancement and support of a large-scale Case Management Solution (CMS) built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, and a modern ReactJS/TypeScript front end. This is a hands-on technical delivery role where you will work closely with internal ICT teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to develop, enhance, maintain, and support a mission-critical enterprise platform used to manage customer interactions and case management processes. The successful candidate will have strong experience across both Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform and modern web application development, with a passion for delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities As the Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for: Developing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions Designing and enhancing Dataverse entities, data models, business rules, workflows and plug-ins Developing and maintaining modern ReactJS/TypeScript applications Delivering new platform functionality and enhancements across both front-end and back-end components Building and maintaining Power Automate workflows Supporting SharePoint document integration and API-based system integrations Managing application deployments through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Supporting solution releases across Development, Test, UAT and Production environments Investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes Delivering approved change requests and software enhancements Producing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials Working collaboratively with ICT teams, business users and third-party vendors Ensuring solutions meet accessibility, security and governance standards Essential Experience Applicants should possess: 7+ years' overall software development experience at Senior Developer level Minimum 5 years' commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Strong experience building and supporting enterprise Full Stack applications Experience developing modern ReactJS and TypeScript applications Experience delivering solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Strong knowledge of Dataverse architecture and data modelling Experience developing Dynamics plug-ins, custom workflows and integrations Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Experience with Azure DevOps including source control, build and release pipelines Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services Experience supporting live production systems in enterprise environments Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Technical Skills Microsoft Technologies Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Microsoft Power Platform Dataverse Power Apps Power Automate Dynamics 365 SDK C# .NET Azure Cloud Services Azure DevOps Front-End Technologies ReactJS TypeScript JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 Responsive Web Design Client-side Routing State Management Development Practices CI/CD Source Control (Git) REST APIs Web Services Application Security Performance Optimisation Unit Testing Component Testing End-to-End Testing Debugging & Monitoring Qualifications Candidates must possess: A Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (or equivalent) A current Microsoft certification such as: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform (e.g. PL-200) Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification (e.g. MB-200) Or an equivalent Microsoft certification Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience working within structured software delivery and support environments Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software Experience working on complex enterprise or public sector digital transformation programmes would be highly advantageous Skills: Developer Full STACK Dynamics 365 ReactJS Senior Full STack Developer Benefits: Work From Home
