Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite/Hybrid as per client requirement)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in NestJS, NodeJS, and ReactJS to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications, developing REST APIs, implementing microservices and working in Agile environments.

This role requires someone who can independently design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test and maintain enterprise-grade web applications.
Develop backend services using NestJS and NodeJS.
Build responsive frontend applications using ReactJS.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers and Scrum teams.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Follow Agile Scrum/Kanban development methodologies.
Ensure software quality through TDD and automated testing.
Work with cloud-native technologies and modern development practices.

Required Skills

7+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with NestJS (Mandatory).
Strong experience with NodeJS (Mandatory).
Strong experience with ReactJS (Mandatory).
Experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
Experience with SDLC and Agile Scrum.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience with Dependency Injection and Design Patterns.
Experience with Web API development.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
