We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Angular) to join a fast-growing Canadian fintech company building modern mortgage platforms that streamline how brokers and clients connect, transact, and manage the entire financing experience.
The role is high-impact and requires deep technical expertise and architectural thinking to build scalable, cloud-first applications that deliver seamless, everyday user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle development, from architecture and design to deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Build and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Angular, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Design and develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Drive architectural standards, reusable components, and best practices across the platform.
- Leverage Azure services to deploy, monitor, and scale cloud‑native applications.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
- Participate in technical strategy, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in full‑stack software development.
- Advanced experience with Angular (v16+) and modern front‑end architecture, including performance optimization and component‑driven design.
- Extensive experience with C#, .NET (latest LTS/current versions), and Entity Framework, delivering scalable, maintainable backend systems in SaaS environments.
- Solid experience with SQL Server (design, optimization, performance tuning).
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud‑native development.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice to have: Experience in fintech, lending, or regulated environments.
- Nice to have: Exposure to microservices, event‑driven architecture, or containerization.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with automated testing and TDD practices.

- Base Salary: $120,000–$150,000.
