Full Stack Developer ( NET & Angular)

CodeValue is looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale, mission-critical project delivered by CodeValue for a leading Israeli government organization.

You will be part of a professional development team working on a modern digital system, combining backend and frontend technologies, cloud infrastructure, containers, and AI capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software systems.
• Develop backend services using ASP.NET Core 8 and C#.
• Develop modern frontend applications using Angular 18.
• Work with Angular Material, Signals, and RxJS.
• Develop and optimize solutions based on SQL Server.
• Work with Elasticsearch in large-scale environments.
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with cloud environments and modern development infrastructure.
• Work with AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) as part of the development process.
• Collaborate with developers and other professional teams in a large-scale environment.
• Use configuration and source-control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
• Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of mission-critical systems.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core 8+ and C#, as well as Angular 18+; experience with Angular 20 is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering diploma, or a BA degree combined with a 300+ hour technology course in Information Systems, or graduate of a technological unit in the Israeli military.
• Proven experience developing web applications, including Angular Material, Signals, and RxJS, as well as Web APIs, Microservices, WCF, and Windows Services.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and experience with Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes, large-scale systems, and cloud environments.
• Experience with Git / Azure DevOps and configuration/source control tools.
• Experience working with AI development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including hands-on experience implementing and working with AI engines and tools on the client side.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting in closed / isolated environments without relying on external AI services or tools.
• Experience with secure software development and familiarity with OWASP guidelines.
• Familiarity with Active Directory – an advantage / required depending on project needs.
• Experience working with complex, large-scale software systems.

Additional Information

• The position is based in Jerusalem.
• The role is part of a CodeValue project for a government organization.
• Availability for 24/7 emergency support may occasionally be required, but this is not part of the regular day-to-day routine.
• The position requires the use of a smartphone/tablet, WhatsApp, and designated internal applications as part of the role.
