Position
Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, Angular) – hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 days remote). Candidates open to relocation are welcome.
Responsibilities
Software development and application management (operation and maintenance, SLAs, incident/problem, change/release/test management, risk management, documentation)
Analysis, design and development of new applications and/or further enhancements of existing applications
Project collaboration on new developments, migrations, and adaptations
Support development, operation, and maintenance of various IT services (no personnel leadership or direct budget responsibility)
Mandatory Requirements
At least 5 years as a full‑stack developer using .NET technology
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Experience with backend .NET technologies (Core and Framework), Entity Framework, RESTful services, and SQL
Experience with web frameworks xhfqzwm such as Angular and React
Confident communication with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers
Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes in large service‑sector companies (ideally finance/insurance)
Reliable, strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, independent opinions, can‑do attitude, open‑mindedness
