Full Stack Developer .Net, Angular, React - Hybrid Madrid (Pontevedra)

Estamos buscando un Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, Angular) para unirse al equipo técnico en Madrid. El modelo de trabajo es híbrido: 3 días en la oficina y 2 días de trabajo remoto. Se valora la apertura a la reubicación.
Responsibilities
- Software development and application management (operation and maintenance, SLAs, incident/problem, change/release/test management, risk management, documentation).
- Analysis, design and development of new applications and/or enhancements of existing applications.
- Project collaboration on new developments, migrations, and adaptations.
- Part of the team responsible for development, operation, support and maintenance of various IT services.
- No personnel leadership or direct budget responsibility.
Qualifications
- +5 years as a Fullstack developer in .NET technology.
- Master/Bachelor degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Experience with backend .NET technologies (Core and Framework), Entity Framework, RESTful services, and SQL.
- Experience with web frameworks Angular or React.
- Confident communication with business stakeholders, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers.
- Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes of larger companies, ideally in finance or insurance.
- Reliable with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset.
- Team player with independent opinions.
- Can‑do attitude, open‑mindedness.
- English at least B2+/C1.
