Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET Focused)
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in C#/.NET and backend engineering to support, enhance, and modernize complex enterprise applications across both legacy and evolving platforms. While the environment includes some PHP/Laravel applications, the primary focus of this role is on .NET development, supporting critical customer-facing platforms and proprietary systems.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working within complex or brittle environments, navigating large existing codebases with minimal direction, and independently driving solutions while collaborating closely with distributed global teams. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, backend development expertise, and the ability to contribute across the full application stack when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and support enterprise applications built primarily using C#/.NET and SQL Server technologies.
- Design, develop, and implement new functionality for customer-facing applications and internal proprietary systems.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend integrations across multiple systems and services.
- Write, optimize, troubleshoot, and maintain SQL Server databases, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and backend processes.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve defects within legacy and highly customized environments.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based engineering teams, product stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
- Work independently within unfamiliar or legacy codebases while proactively identifying blockers, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support modernization efforts and long-term platform evolution initiatives.
- Contribute to frontend development and enhancements using JavaScript and related technologies as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET development.
- Extensive experience with SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Proven experience supporting and enhancing backend-heavy or legacy enterprise applications.
- Experience designing, building, and supporting REST APIs and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively navigate complex systems with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or global engineering teams.
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions, code reviews, and solution design sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PHP and/or Laravel.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Linux-based environments.
- Experience working with proprietary, highly customized, or enterprise-scale systems.
