Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET and React to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies, cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and DevOps practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and business-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and React.js.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly front-end components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Develop scalable backend services using ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across the technology stack.
- Design and implement database solutions using SQL Server and ORM frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, or Identity frameworks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Work with Azure cloud services for application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services such as:
- Azure App Services
- Azure Functions
- Azure Storage
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Key Vault
- Application Insights
- Azure App Services
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Azure AD.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
