Team RDM (Reference Data Management) is looking for an Full-stack Developer to help us build and run a useful in-house reference data tool that makes every day finance simpler for our colleagues.
Your impact at NN
As a Full-stack Developer in the RDM team, you will be responsible for both the front-end and back-end of the application. You will contribute to improving existing functionality and participate in designing, building, deploying, and maintaining new features.
What are the tasks you will perform
Translate business requirements into functional, production‑ready software.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing functionality and performance.
Collaborate with teammates to design new features and evolve our architecture.
Write clean, maintainable code and meaningful unit tests.
Use and enhance Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, tests, and deploys.
Follow security standards and engineering best practices throughout the SDLC.
Contribute to app infrastructure and keep documentation clear and current.
What we expect from you
Solid full‑stack experience with TypeScript & React on the front end and C#/.NET on the back end.
Experience with the testing libraries of REACT (eg. Jest)
Hands‑on experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Solid experience with SQL
Basic software architectural knowledge is a plus
Comfort working in Agile teams and communicating clearly in English with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

How we hire

Usually, the selection process consists of two rounds. The first one takes place with the team lead and recruiter, where we discuss details about the position, the team, and your experience. If it goes well, there will be a second round with NL stakeholders, and this round is more technical. If everyone is satisfied at the end and it all fits, that's it - you can expect an offer! :)
