Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js, Angular, AWS) – Remote in Guadalajara 2758
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that support critical business initiatives.
As a Senior Engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. We are looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a strong drive to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
- Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards
Technical Skills Required
- Experience: Senior-level with 8+ years of experience in software development.
Frontend: Angular, Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and UI performance.
Backend: Node.js and modern frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.), Proven ability to design and build scalable, secure APIs and microservices.
Database: Strong SQL expertise, Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and schema design.
Cloud: Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads.
Nice-to-Have Skills: SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Terragrunt or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DynamoDB, AWS AppSync, GraphQL, AWS Athena, AWS Glue, Experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts
Location & Schedule:
- Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque).
- Modality: Remote.
- Open to hire only residents in México.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- Languages: Advanced English level C1- C2.
