Job Summary:-
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end development experience, including front-end UI development, back-end services, API integration, database design, and cloud deployment.
Primary Skill Set: React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Express.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, AWS
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js.
Build and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance software components.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and third-party services.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Create technical documentation and assist in deployment activities.
Required Skills
Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB.
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and SSO.
Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Microservices architecture and API integrations.
Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best practices.
Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda).
Familiarity with GraphQL.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.
Exposure to DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, banking, insurance, or contact-center applications.
AWS Certification (Developer Associate/Solutions Architect).
Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets.
