We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and a passion for building scalable, cloud-native applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that support critical business initiatives.

As a Senior Engineer, you will influence technical direction, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams. We are looking for someone who brings energy, ownership, and a strong drive to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and Postgre SQL Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS services Build scalable APIs, microservices, and integration layers Optimize application performance, reliability, and security Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Dev Ops, and QA teams to deliver high‑quality solutions Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and promote engineering best practices Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root‑cause analysis Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and engineering standards Technical Skills Required Experience: Senior‑level with 8+ years of experience in software development. Frontend: Angular, strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and UI performance. Backend: Node.js and modern frameworks (Express, Nest JS, etc.), proven ability to design and build scalable, secure APIs and microservices. Database: Strong SQL expertise, hands‑on experience with Postgre SQL, including performance tuning and schema design. Cloud: Professional experience with AWS, including designing and deploying production workloads. Nice‑to‑Have Skills: SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), Terragrunt or Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (Ia C), Dynamo DB, AWS App Sync, Graph QL, AWS Athena, AWS Glue, experience with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts. Location & Schedule: Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque). Modality: Hybrid, Guadalajara, Jalisco. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
