About Our Client
Our client is a leading global insurance organisation committed to digital innovation and customer-centric solutions.
Job Description- Develop and maintain digital platforms in accordance with corporate branding and quality standards
- Design, build, and enhance both frontend and backend features for distribution platforms
- Deliver responsive and scalable applications within an Agile development environment
- Ensure compliance with web development standards, usability guidelines, and best practices
- Drive continuous improvements by introducing new technologies, tools, and development approaches
- Work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to integrate frontend and backend solutions
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC
- Contribute to application design, system architecture, and technical solution delivery
- Support AI adoption and automation initiatives across software development processes
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Around 3+ years of software development experience
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Solid analytical thinking, problem-solving, and system design capabilities
- Passionate about learning new technologies and keeping up with industry trends
- Experience in frontend development using React Native, Node.js, and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of backend development using Go and/or Java Spring Boot
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL and MongoDB
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools, particularly Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience with development tools including Git, Maven, Jenkins, and Eclipse
- Basic knowledge of Red Hat Linux environments is advantageous
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment with a positive mindset
