Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for Optimizely CMS solutions, especially on frontend.
- Develop and extend headless CMS (Optimizely) implementations, focusing on integrating, modeling, and delivering content via APIs.
- Build modern, customer-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams utilizing C#/.NET, Node.js, Java, SQL, Docker, and Redis for full-stack solutions.
- Deploy and manage web apps on Azure (or other cloud platforms), implementing best CI/CD practices.
- Ensure code quality, system health, and performance through metrics, architecture records, and adherence to best practices.
- Architect scalable, reusable, and secure frontend solutions, including component libraries.
- Apply modern web patterns such as server-side rendering, static site generation, and optimize for Web/Core Web Vitals.
- Mentor peers and influence technical decisions without direct reporting responsibilities.
- Maintain accessibility and SEO standards throughout development.
- Use modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Cypress).

Required Skills/Experience:- Minimum 6-7 years in software development (preferably full stack).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Optimizely CMS (headless implementation, API integration, content modeling).
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript in production environments.
- Proficiency in C#/.NET (preferred), Node.js, or Java on the backend.
- Experience with state management in frontend (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).
- Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design.
- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design, SOLID, and design patterns.
- Experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS for cloud deployments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (with full educational details required).

- Experience building and maintaining design systems/component libraries.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and modern API development patterns.
