Job Description

We are hiring a mid-level Full Stack Developer who is excited about leveraging AI coding tools to build smarter, faster, and better solutions. The role involves working across the full stack: backend (PHP) and AI‑enhanced development. You will design and deliver features, solve technical challenges, and help define how AI tooling fits into our development workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Ship: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the full stack—from database to UI—using modern best practices and AI‑powered development tools.
• Collaborate & Elevate: Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Problem‑Solve: Debug complex issues, optimize performance, and tackle technical debt with a mix of traditional expertise and AI‑assisted approaches.
• Innovate: Propose process improvements, tools, and AI techniques.
• Grow & Share: Mentor junior developers and share knowledge.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of software development experience (or recent bootcamp/degree graduate with strong demonstrable skills).
• Full‑stack development experience—comfortable working across backend and frontend.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools (code assistants, automated testing tools, documentation generators) to improve productivity and code quality.
• Problem‑solving mindset—enjoy digging into complex technical challenges.
• Collaboration skills—communicate clearly, listen actively, and celebrate wins with your team.
