OverviewSenior Full Stack Developer (Python + React) – AI StartupWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain an AI platform in a fast-growing SaaS startup.
You will work directly with the founder and Product Manager, owning features end-to-end with high impact.ResponsibilitiesDevelop new features for the core AI platformDesign, build, and deliver features end-to-end from high-level ideasBuild backend services using PythonDevelop frontend components using ReactParticipate in system design and architectural decisionsEnsure performance, scalability, and clean code practicesContribute to fast iteration cycles in a rapidly evolving productCommunicate proactively about progress, risks, and blockersRequirementsStrong experience with Python (real-world web development in production)Experience with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similarSolid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)Hands-on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge)Experience building APIs and handling authenticationExperience with relational databases and caching (Redis)Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable)Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelinesProven experience building production-level productsAbility to work independently as an Individual ContributorWhat Were Looking ForStartup mindset: ownership, speed, and executionAbility to turn vague ideas into functional solutionsStrong technical judgment and decision-making skillsFluent English communicationProactive communicator who asks questions earlyWork ConditionsFull-timeWorking hours aligned with CSTDaily product & dev meetings at 6:00 PM CSTSuggested schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM CST (flexible)#J- *-Ljbffr
