Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React) – AI Startup

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to build, scale, and maintain an AI platform in a fast-growing SaaS startup. You will work directly with the founder and Product Manager, owning features end-to-end with high impact.

• Develop new features for the core AI platform
• Design, build, and deliver features end-to-end from high-level ideas
• Build backend services using Python
• Develop frontend components using React
• Participate in system design and architectural decisions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and clean code practices
• Contribute to fast iteration cycles in a rapidly evolving product
• Communicate proactively about progress, risks, and blockers

• Strong experience with Python (real-world web development in production)
• Experience with frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or similar
• Solid understanding of asynchronous programming (async/await)
• Hands-on experience with React (not just theoretical knowledge)
• Experience building APIs and handling authentication
• Experience with relational databases and caching (Redis)
• Cloud experience (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable)
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience building production-level products
• Ability to work independently as an Individual Contributor

• Working hours aligned with CST
• Daily product & dev meetings at 6:00 PM CST
