Role: Full Stack Developer {(React + Frontend + Any Backend (Primary .Net)}
Responsibilities & Skills
- 5+ years overall experience with strong recent React experience and solid backend API development; Bachelor’ degree (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, and routing.
- Backend: Build and integrate RESTful APIs using any backend technology (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, etc.); strong OOP fundamentals, understanding of layered architecture and basic design patterns; comfortable working with databases and API integrations.
- Partner with UX/product to translate requirements into responsive, accessible UI and deliver end to end features.
- Clear, proactive communication (written and verbal); ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving and debugging mindset; ability to break down ambiguous requirements and propose practical solutions.
- Write clean, testable code; perform code reviews; follow best practices and contribute to Agile delivery.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance across UI and API layers.
- Proficiency with Git and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
The pay range for this role is CAD$100,000 - CAD $120,000*per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
