Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to support the development of advanced applications in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical clinical development and R&D. The role requires hands-on engineering expertise to enhance scalability, improve code quality, and optimize solution design for production readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end applications using React (Vite).
Build and optimize back-end services using Python (FastAPI).
Deploy and manage front-end applications on Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and AI-driven workflows.
Contribute to system architecture and solution design focusing on scalability and performance.
Ensure high-quality, production-ready code following best engineering practices.
Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver requirements effectively.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Full Stack Development with React, Vite, Python, and FastAPI.
Strong understanding of modern software development practices and AI-accelerated development environments.
Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to design scalable and high-performance applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry (clinical, R&D, healthcare, etc.).
Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Experience integrating front-end applications with Databricks (highly preferred).
Experience scaling front-end applications with AI-powered components.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments.
