Senior Software Developer – Full Stack / GenAI Enablement

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days a week in person)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer (6–7 years of experience) to design, build, and support scalable, high-quality web applications. The role involves full ownership of application development—from solution design through production support—working closely with business stakeholders.

The candidate will develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js, including server-side rendered applications, and build robust backend services using Node.js.

Responsibilities include creating reusable React components, developing REST and GraphQL APIs, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. A key expectation is the practical application of GenAI tools to improve development productivity, testing, documentation, and feature delivery. The candidate should be comfortable working independently, troubleshooting production issues, and driving solutions end-to-end. The role involves frequent interaction with business stakeholders and users to gather requirements, clearly explain technical solutions, validate outcomes, and regularly demo features. A strong SDLC understanding, Agile mindset, quality-first engineering approach, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Top 3 Required Skills:

• Full-stack development expertise with Node.js, React, and Next.js
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, IAM)
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools

Top 3 Preferred Skills:

• Practical experience using GenAI tools to enhance development, testing, or documentation
• Experience building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• Strong production support, debugging, and performance optimization skills
