? Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS , C# / .NET and Sitecore . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications, along with hands-on experience in Sitecore-based digital experience platforms .
This role requires a mix of technical leadership, architecture understanding, and hands-on development across frontend, backend, and CMS layers.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React JS and .NET Lead and contribute to Sitecore CMS implementations , including content modelling, personalization, and integrations Work on headless CMS architecture integrating Sitecore with React Architect and build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product) Drive best practices in coding, performance, security, and maintainability Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks Ensure CI/CD pipeline readiness and smooth deployments ? Technical Skills
Backend
Strong expertise in C#, , Web APIs Experience in microservices architecture Solid understanding of design patterns and clean architecture Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth) Frontend
Deep expertise in React JS Experience with: State management (Redux / Context API) REST API integration Performance optimization Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) Sitecore (Mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Sitecore 9/10+ Strong knowledge of: Templates, Layouts, Renderings Sitecore pipelines and customization Personalization and analytics Experience with Sitecore Headless / JSS Understanding of Helix architecture principles Experience with Solr search integration Database
