Our purpose is to give everyone access to the power of Influencer Marketing, positively impacting the world.Role: Senior Full Stack DeveloperYou will build and ship a B2 C product for next‑generation content creators, working closely with development, design and product teams.Your ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development: Build and maintain features end‑to‑end, from Rails API endpoints to React Native screens and components, ensuring a seamless experience across i OS and web.Architecture & Code Quality: Contribute to architecture decisions, advocate for simplicity and maintainability, and uphold high standards through code reviews, testing and clean abstractions.Platform Integrations: Work with social media APIs (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook), payment systems (Stripe) and third‑party services, handling OAuth flows, webhooks and data synchronization.Infrastructure & Deployment: Participate in the deployment pipeline (Kamal on GCP), background job processing, monitoring and observability, keeping the product stable and performant.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and design to translate user needs into technical solutions and collaborate with the broader engineering team.Your ProfileAt least 3 years of experience in Ruby / Rails, and relevant experience with React (preferably Native).Experience shaping technical direction in early‑stage projects and building a robust foundational architecture.Autonomous, organized and proactive with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.Knowledge of AI tools to optimize output quality and quantity.Empathetic, with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.Fluent in English.Team FitPassionate and determined to reach any goal.Curious and eager to learn, improve and take on more responsibility.Wants more than just a job;
