Required Skills:
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and Microservices.
- Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and improving code coverage.
- Strong understanding of observability tools, logging frameworks, monitoring, and application performance management.
- Experience supporting vulnerability remediation and secure software development practices.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience leading distributed onsite-offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Capital Markets domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with SonarQube, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise risk controls.
