About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives on ownership, technical excellence, and solving complex problems. This isn’t just another coding role—it’s a chance to shape product direction, influence architectural decisions, and build solutions that matter.
You’ll work directly with the founder, making high-impact technical decisions and contributing to the long-term strategy of the product and the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of features, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
- Architect and implement scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks such as tRPC
- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern React patterns (hooks, context, performance optimization)
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL + Prisma or Drizzle ORM)
- Implement secure authentication and authorization systems
- Develop real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architecture
- Write comprehensive tests to maintain high-quality code standards
- Identify and solve critical issues proactively before they impact the product
You Are
- 5+ years of professional experience with TypeScript and modern React
- Strong expertise in Next.js with an emphasis on SEO optimization
- Proficient in PostgreSQL , Redis , and TailwindCSS
- Skilled in building secure and maintainable code following best practices
- Able to work autonomously, make technical decisions, and manage complex projects independently
- Experienced with REST APIs, async flows, and error handling
- Hands-on with testing frameworks such as Jest , Cypress , or Playwright
- Comfortable with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
Bonus Points If You
- Have production experience with TanStack Query and tRPC
- Worked with modern authentication solutions like Better Auth
- Used Zustand or similar state management libraries
- Have cloud platform experience ( AWS , Vercel , Railway ) and serverless architecture
- Understand Docker, containerization, microservices, and distributed systems
- Built or maintained design systems and component libraries

Salary : OTE $50,000 - $80,000/year
