Job Overview

Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and support applications and integrations that power WWT’s Master Data & Governance platforms.

Responsibilities Champion WWT Core Values and best practices. Integrate AI capabilities where they add measurable value, utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Windsurf) to improve productivity and code quality. Design, develop, and enhance custom software, APIs, integrations, and database applications across legacy and modern master data platforms. Demonstrate technical leadership by owning complex technical challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and tools. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns, providing constructive feedback to the team to maintain code quality. Perform unit, integration, functional, regression, and UAT testing to ensure software reliability and performance. Identify and resolve complex technical problems, proposing innovative solutions that improve functionality and performance. Guide analysts and junior developers through technical challenges, sharing knowledge and best practices leveraging direction from senior developers and architects. Address production issues through troubleshooting, consult on technical problems, and proactively identify support trends to reduce recurring issues. Create and maintain clear technical and configuration documentation, ensuring effective communication of technical information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mix of the following technologies: Oracle Cloud Fusion (PDH 2+ years), Java Script / Node.js / Vue.js, Java / Spring Boot, Mongo DB, Oracle, Postgre SQL, PL/SQL. Experience with containers & platforms: Open Shift, Kubernetes, Docker. Experience with CI/CD & tooling: Git Hub, Jenkins, AI-assisted coding tools. Test-first mindset with experience in test automation, unit, functional, end-to-end, and regression testing. Ability to critically analyze and decompose complex technical requirements. Strong problem-definition, requirements elicitation, impact analysis, and solution design skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborative and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to think innovatively, present alternative solutions, and demonstrate creativity in problem-solving and application design. Experience thriving in Agile environments with evolving requirements. Highly responsible self-starter/team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic. Preferred Skills Experience using/built inside the Tibco EBX platform. Experience working with data governance, MDM, or enterprise data platforms. Familiarity with diagramming and presentation tools (e.g., Lucid, Power Point). Deep understanding of Data Quality Management (Survivorship Rules, Match Rules). Expertise in defining Item Attributes, Item Classes, and Security Policies. Proven experience in managing Change Orders and Workflows (NIR). Strong proficiency in FBDI, SQL, and Data Publishing processes. Exposure to AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, agents, or prompt engineering.
