Full stack developer - web applications (m/f/d)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building our next‑generation platform. You will architect and deliver modern, scalable, and resilient end‑to‑end solutions that support our product long term.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications across the full stack (React/Next.js, C#) Take technical ownership of features and systems from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment Design and manage Postgre SQL database solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, monitoring, and security Define, document, and promote best practices for full‑stack development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD workflows Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developers Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross‑functional teams in an agile environment Identify performance bottlenecks and implement robust, scalable solutions Troubleshoot and resolve complex software bugs, production issues, and architectural challenges Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the development lifecycle YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Previous relevant professional full‑stack development experience, ideally with strong expertise in React/Next.js Experience with C# and Postgre SQL; familiarity with Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plus Deep understanding of modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, Java Script/Type Script Strong experience designing, implementing, and integrating RESTful APIs Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and automated testing Hands‑on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completion Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Fluent English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is an advantage OUR COMMITMENT Innovative work environment in a young, dynamic team High-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e‑mobility Opportunities for advancement in a growing company A wide range of further training opportunities Attractive bonus system and performance‑related pay Additional company benefits
