We are looking for a high-level Web Developer with a strong eye for design and cutting-edge automation skills to join our growing international team. This role blends development, UX/UI sensibility, AI tools, and workflow automation into one powerful position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites in WordPress .
- Build, customize, and optimize WooCommerce stores .
- Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to create visually appealing, conversion-focused interfaces .
- Integrate AI tools for code generation, optimization, testing, and workflow efficiency .
- Develop custom plugins, themes, and advanced WordPress functionalities.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, security, and scalability .
- Manage hosting environments, backups, performance, and security layers.
- Connect websites with CRMs, payment gateways, marketing tools, and databases .
- Provide technical support, updates, and continuous improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types).
- WooCommerce setup, optimization, and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- PHP
- REST APIs
- Automation platforms :
- Airtable
- Zapier (plus)
- Experience working with AI development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, code automation tools, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and modern web aesthetics.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization .
- Basic to intermediate SEO and performance optimization .
- Version control systems ( Git/GitHub ).
- Familiarity with security best practices .
- Experience integrating payment gateways, CRMs, and analytics tools .
Languages
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Nice to Have (Highly Valued)
- Experience with:
- Webflow
- Headless WordPress
- React / Next.js (basic to intermediate)
- Server management (VPS, cloud hosting)
- Marketing automation systems
