Full Stack Developer (4+ Years | ReactJS + .NET/Python)

About the role
We're hiring a
Full Stack Developer
to join an embedded engineering team at
Tetrifox . This role is ideal for engineers who can own features end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and continue growing through mentorship, pairing, and code reviews.
In this role, you'll work as a core member of a client's product organisation, building features that real users rely on. You'll partner with Product Owners, Technical Leads, QA engineers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software in a globally distributed team.
Requirements
4–10 years of professional software development experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in one or more of C#, Java, Python, ReactJS or JavaScript/TypeScript
Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices
Working knowledge of version control (Git), IDEs, and issue tracking systems
Experience shipping features in a collaborative team environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Self-motivated with genuine curiosity and a drive to keep learning
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality software features across the stack
Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, QA engineers, and peers to translate requirements into working software
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and test it thoroughly before release
Participate actively in code reviews and share constructive feedback
Identify and resolve software defects, investigate root causes, and implement reliable fixes
Contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions
Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends
Help improve development processes and workflows to boost team velocity and code quality
Nice to have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools
Understanding of SOLID principles and common design patterns
Experience developing cloud-based applications
Proficiency with unit testing frameworks
Familiarity with React or similar frontend frameworks
Interest in emerging trends such as generative AI
