DNV is seeking two fixed-term, senior level Full Stack Developers based in Mexico to accelerate development of the next generation of Cascade Facility Ratings (CFR), a business application supporting facility-rating workflows. You will work across a modern web application, delivering backend services, user-facing features, and integrations as part of a distributed product team.
The work will contribute to a demo release and an initial production-grade release. Our teams are small, collaborative, and quality-focused, so your technical judgment, communication, and contribution will matter from the start.
- Core contributor developing and maintaining backend services and APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Create and extend web user interfaces using Vue framework, HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/Typescript.
- Translate product requirements into maintainable domain, application, persistence, API, and UI changes in a layered Clean Architecture solution.
- Integrate frontend and backend services, including REST APIs, OpenAPI-based contracts, and generated TypeScript clients.
- Design, write, and maintain automated tests, including unit tests; contribute to integration, UI, and end-to-end coverage as appropriate.
- Apply secure coding practices throughout design, implementation, peer review, and defect remediation.
- Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully to improve delivery effectiveness while validating outputs, protecting sensitive information, and maintaining engineering accountability.

What is required
- 6+ years of professional experience as a full stack software developer at a senior level
- Strong experience developing production services and REST APIs with C# and ASP.NET Core
- Solid JavaScript experience building and maintaining browser-based application features
- A demonstrated focus on code quality, including maintainable design, code review, refactoring, and unit testing
- Working knowledge of secure coding practices for web applications and APIs, including input validation, authentication and authorization, data protection, and dependency awareness
- Experience using AI tools or technologies in software development, with sound judgment about verification, privacy, and security.
- Experience working collaboratively in an Agile or Kanban environment, with strong written and verbal English communication skills

What is preferred
- Professional TypeScript and Vue.js experience, ideally Vue 3.
- Experience with Vue tooling such as Vite, Pinia, Vue Router, Vitest, or Vue Test Utils.
- Automated UI or end-to-end testing experience.
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Experience with GitHub, OpenAPI/Swagger, client-generation tooling such as NSwag, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design, CQRS, Clean Architecture, or SaaS and enterprise business applications.
