Purpose of the Position :
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop and maintain backend services in Java/Spring and frontend components in React (or Angular).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders (daily conversations in English).
- Ensure code quality, scalability and best practices in clean architecture.
- Participate in code reviews, requirements definition and agile processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms and internal tools.
Requirements and competences to work with us :
Education
- Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related degree (preferred).
Experience
- More than 10 years of total experience in software development (strong preference).
- Solid backend experience in Java (ideally 7+ years) and frontend in React with real professional experience (minimum 3 years; Angular is acceptable as an alternative).
- Demonstrable experience in production environments and distributed teams.
Knowledge and Skills
- Java (strong backend), React / Angular (frontend), Spring Boot, relational databases.
- Clean architecture, maintainable and scalable code.
- Advanced English (C1)
