Full time Contractor - 750usd - 1000usd/month
We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Digital Marketer who can own and execute marketing across the full customer journey—from campaign strategy and content creation to paid acquisition, CRM, automation, analytics, and conversion optimization.
This is an execution-focused role for someone comfortable working across multiple channels, using AI and modern marketing tools to move quickly and improve results.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, social, and web.
- Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, lead-generation campaigns, and conversion journeys.
- Manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and coordinate marketing content, including social posts, email campaigns, ads, and basic visual assets.
- Manage CRM workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Use AI tools for research, content creation, campaign ideation, personalization, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Track campaign performance and use data to continuously improve CAC, CPL, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, emails, and other campaign assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to turn business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
Ideal Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience executing campaigns across multiple digital channels—not just managing agencies or specialists.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, conversion optimization, email marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar.
- Comfortable building or editing landing pages using tools such as WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce, GoHighLevel, or similar.
- Practical experience using AI beyond basic copywriting, including prompting, research, creative iteration, automation, and campaign optimization.
- Comfortable with analytics and tracking tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Meta Ads Manager, or equivalents.
- Basic graphic design and creative-production capability using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or AI creative tools.
- Strong copywriting skills and an understanding of direct-response and conversion principles.
- Able to independently take a campaign from idea → build → launch → measure → optimize.
