What “Full Stack” Means Here
- Strong backend focus
- UI knowledge required, but backend services, integrations, and workflows matter most
- No expectation of “perfect” full-stack — realism matters
You should have experience with:
- Building AI-powered or agent-based applications
- Prompt engineering and agent behavior design
- Agent orchestration / MCP-style concepts
- Tool calling, integrations, and API-driven workflows
- Awareness of OpenAI / Google Gemini platforms and AI protocols
- Embedding AI into products (chat-style UIs, copilots, assistants)
- Design and build Agentic AI applications
- Develop backend services supporting AI agents and workflows
- Integrate external tools, APIs, and data sources
- Embed AI capabilities into applications and products
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Read specs, evaluate evolving AI platforms, and adapt fast
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on AI/Agentic system implementation (not just copilots)
- Comfort with ambiguity in fast-moving AI ecosystems
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a builder mindset
