The Role - Full-Stack Architecture : Architect, deploy, and scale robust Go backend services integrated with modern TypeScript frontend platforms, ensuring strict type safety across boundaries
- Real-Time Data Pipelines : Engineer dynamic interfaces capable of ingesting, streaming, and rendering massive volumes of high-frequency market data and distributed network events
- Advanced Data Visualization : Build high-performance charting modules and bespoke analytics dashboards designed to handle rapidly updating, large-scale datasets with zero rendering lag
- Component Infrastructure : Design and maintain modular component libraries, shared UI SDKs, and extensible plugin architectures for cross-team scalability
- System Optimization & Reliability : Drive performance tuning, memory profiling, and system architecture across the full stack to guarantee ultra-low latency under heavy load
- Product & Workflow Engineering : Collaborate with quantitative researchers, trading desks, and product leads to translate complex financial workflows into seamless, high-performance UI solutions
- Technical Leadership : Conduct rigorous code reviews, champion automated testing standards, and mentor engineering peers in modern full-stack development practices
Your Profile - 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with proven production ownership across both backend services and frontend architectures
- Backend Mastery (Go): Demonstrated expertise in designing, building, and operating production-grade microservices and APIs in Go (Golang) independently
- Frontend Mastery (TypeScript): Expert-level proficiency in modern TypeScript and current component-driven frameworks (e.g., React, Svelte, or Vue), with the flexibility to adapt to team architecture standards
- Real-Time Systems & Streaming: Hands-on experience building event-driven systems utilizing streaming protocols (e.g., WebSockets, Server-Sent Events) for live data processing
- UI/UX Craftsmanship: Strong product intuition with a high standard for visual polish, intuitive interaction design, and component reusability
- Engineering Discipline: Strong commitment to software quality, including unit/integration testing strategies, CI/CD integration, and cloud-native workflows (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Communication: Exceptional collaborative skills with a track record of partnering directly with non-technical and technical business stakeholders
