Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyses, designs and codes in Java, SpringBoot, Angular, SQL and Azure
• Writes unit test cases, follows all secure coding standards and makes sure quality development happens
• Enhance the capabilities of the Optimal care referral management system
• Add new CDOs and add roll out implementations in new markets as per business plan
• Participates in all Agile ceremonies and follows processes
• Self organized and pro-active
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• B.Tech , MCA
• Proven solid user of AI tools/tech for code/analysis/testcases generation, to support the dev, improve processes , improve quality, monitor the same and build efficiencies

Preferred Qualification:

• Proven skill in building AI agents/workflows/GenAI tools to support achieving tech efficiencies and solving business problems
