Job Summary (List Format)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications in a microservices environment.
- Build modern, responsive user interfaces using JavaScript (preferably Vanilla JS) and React.
- Develop backend services and APIs utilizing Golang.
- Work with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server), Elasticsearch, and handle system integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Modernize existing platforms, reduce technical debt, and recommend new technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, reliable applications.
- Contribute across both frontend and backend development.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Experience or willingness to learn Golang, with advanced JavaScript skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, on-site environment in Austin, TX (5 days/week).
- Prior experience with ClickHouse, ticketing platforms, case management systems, or enterprise workflow applications is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
