VISA sponsorship and relocation is not available for this position (being already in Italy makes it simpler)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a solid Full-Stack Engineer
who can work end-to-end and take
technical leadership
on parts of the product.

What You Will Do
Be
driving force
in the SW engineering team
Build and maintain
full-stack applications
with real customer impact
Develop
backend services
(Node.js, TypeScript, Python) and
frontend apps
(Angular)
Design and integrate
REST APIs
Deploy, monitor, and improve systems on cloud platforms
Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate closely with AI and product teams
Push AITEM knowledge to the edge of the technology.
What You Won't Do
Focus excessively on technically perfect solutions that lack significant customer value.
TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Angular, MongoDB, Python, AWS, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker
Requirements – MUST HAVE
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven track record in developing and launching SaaS applications.
Being able to balance between perfectionism and execution with pragmatic approach
Professional experience in
both frontend and backend development
Node.js , REST APIs, MongoDB and SQL
Angular
Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
Github proficiency
Ownership mindset and autonomy
Will be considered a plus
Portfolio showcasing your previous work.
Microservices & containerization
Technical leadership or mentoring experience
