Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with 6–10 years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, WebAPI, and Rich Web Application development within an Agile/SDLC environment. The candidate should have experience working with offshore development teams in India and in customer-facing roles.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Strong experience developing rich UI web applications using Angular 8+, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and web development frameworks
- Experience with WebAPI, WebServices, and Microservices/Micro UI
- Hands-on Unit Testing, Jasmine, Karma, TDD
- Experience with JIRA, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Git
- Knowledge of Agile Development, SDLC, and AI tools such as GitHub Copilot
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Pivotal is an advantage
- Strong design thinking, technical problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities
- Experience leading offshore teams of 6–10 resources and working directly with customer stakeholders
- Strong communication, delegation, prioritization, risk management, escalation, and time-management skills
- Ability to guide technical teams and deliver quality solutions
