Sr. Technical Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition…Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer on W2
Duration:6+months
Rate: $80-85/hr on w2 on W2
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in web architecture and enterprise application design.
- Deep knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js), build tools (Webpack, Node.js), and component-based UI architecture.
- Experience with CMS and enterprise frameworks like Adobe Experience Manager, Oracle ADF, or Java/Spring (frontend context).
- Deep understanding of frontend software patterns, architecture principles, and large-scale CSS organization.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (HIPAA, HITRUST), OWASP guidelines, and secure development lifecycle.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership experience guiding and mentoring UI development teams.
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams (UX, backend, product management).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
