What you'll earn- HK$25,000 monthly base salary
- Monthly performance incentive: Team average HK$35,000–37,000 total per month
- Top performers earn HK$45,000–50,000 in strong months
- HK$30,000 cash joining bonus paid upon successful probation

The role
You'll handle warm inbound leads - customers who've already reached out to us via WhatsApp, email or phone. Your job is to understand their needs and convert them into loyal Spacebox customers. No cold calling, ever.

What you'll do- Handle warm inbound leads only via WhatsApp, phone and email
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right storage solution
- Renew and expand existing customer contracts
- Keep your pipeline and customer records updated in CRM
- Work closely with operations to make sure customers get a smooth experience
What we're looking for
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and loves winning deals
- Proven sales experience — any industry considered
- Fluent Cantonese, good English
- Familiar with English and Chinese word processing
- Driven, self-motivated, and independent
- Available immediately preferred
