Looking for a true Engineer, not a developer. Must be local and USC only. Need someone who can own end-to-end development and work directly with business teams.
About
Client is expanding its internal engineering team and hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can work across the full application lifecycle. This role requires someone who can operate independently, think beyond tickets, and build modern enterprise applications end-to-end.
Required:
- 8+ years of full stack engineering experience
- Strong in at least one frontend: React / Angular / Vue
- Backend: C#/.NET (preferred) OR Java/Python/Node (willing to work with C#)
- Hands-on across APIs, DB, frontend, backend, deployment
- Experience with AI tools: Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services or other regulated industries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be local, USC, and able to work onsite
Not a fit: Frontend-only, Backend-only, or candidates needing heavy mentoring
