Your Mission
Own a domain end to end. You'll go deep on one core surface, likely Deal Registration or Product Listings & Private Offers. Discovery, schema, API, UI, ship, and the calls when
something has to change. Not one of twelve contributors. The engineer on it.
Set the quality bar. Code review culture, testing discipline, catching problems before they become incidents. Your reviews teach, they don't just gatekeep.
Multiply the team around you. You write specs a junior can actually build from. When someone's stuck, you unblock them — then make sure they don't get stuck the same way twice.
Seniority here means the people around you get better.
Work AI-native, not AI-curious. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot — whatever ships faster with fewer bugs. This isn't a perk we list. It's how we operate, every day. New tool drops this

What You'll Own
→ A product module end to end: new features, long-term health, architecture decisions
→ Engineering standards: review culture, test coverage, flagging risk early
→ Active roadmap: Partner Central onboarding, HubSpot integration, the Pathfinder activation engine, AI-assisted product workflows
→ Targeted technical debt: refactoring Lambdas, proper DI, real test coverage
Must-Have
→ C# / .NET 8, ASP.NET Core: 5+ years. Expert level, not familiar.
→ SQL Server + Entity Framework Core 8: migrations, multi-tenant contexts, query tuning
→ AWS, fluent not expert: Lambda, SQS/SNS, S3, Elastic Beanstalk
→ ASP.NET MVC, Razor, jQuery: comfortable building server-rendered UI, not just APIs
→ Daily, instinctive use of AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, and the next one that ships
→ Self-testing discipline — you test your own work before QA sees it
→ Mentoring instinct — specs, reviews, unblocking without doing it for them
