Project Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-performing team responsible for building and modernizing large-scale applications used across a global organization. Duties/Day to Day Overview Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications in a microservices environment
Build modern user interfaces using JavaScript and React
Develop and enhance backend services using Golang
Design and optimize APIs, services, and integrations
Work with SQL and search technologies to support business-critical applications
Participate in code reviews and provide technical recommendations
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA, and Engineering teams
Support bi-weekly sprint cycles and regular production releases
Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability
Contribute to platform modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction
Recommend new approaches, tools, and technologies that improve product quality and development efficiency

Required Qualifications
5 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong Full Stack Development background
Advanced JavaScript experience (Vanilla JavaScript strongly preferred)
Golang development experience or ability to ramp up quickly
Strong SQL and database fundamentals
o MySQL
o PostgreSQL
o SQL Server
o Similar relational databases
Experience with Elasticsearch
Experience building and supporting Microservices architectures
Kubernetes experience
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work across both frontend and backend development (50/50 split)
